    YMCA Gator Ride

    Join more than 1,000 cyclists and 300 volunteers March 3, 2018, for the Baytown Family YMCA Gator Ride at Lee College.

    ABOUT GATOR RIDE

    • A recommended BP MS 150 training ride
    • Rides of 33, 43, 53 and 63 miles (the 43- and 63-mile rides cross over the Fred Hartman Bridge)
    • Benefits the Baytown Family YMCA’s Annual Campaign. In 27 years, Gator Ride has raised more than $350,000 that has helped provide a Y experience for over 6,000 families.
    • Last year, over 1,000 riders participated and raised more than $50,000.

    The Gator Ride is a Baytown tradition that shows the commitment to community. Each year, Gator Ride helps generate funds that provide scholarships for child care, summer camps, swim lessons, sports leagues, teen programs and more.

    Tour de Houston Presented by Apache Corporation

    Tour de Houston Presented by Apache Corporation, the annual fundraising bike ride, will take place March 18, 2018. The annual bike ride offers Houstonians and visitors a unique way to view the city with routes winding through Houston’s historic neighborhoods, scenic districts and parks while raising funds for the city’s Reforest Houston program. With three ride length options, the Tour de Houston is the perfect event for leisure riders or cycling enthusiasts. The 20, 45 and 70-mile ride is a BP MS 150 approved training ride. Riders will start and end at City Hall located at 901 Bagby.

    This event begins and ends in Hermann Square at City Hall. Riders and volunteers will enjoy a post-ride party.
